US$2 million to be invested in the Con Noi Thanh Tan (Thanh Tan emerging island) tourist resort
A joint commission of investors of the Nan Fong International Entertainment Company from Taiwan and investors from Binh Duong Province have come to Ben Tre to study investment opportunities in the 30-hectare Con Noi Tourist Resort in Thanh Tan Commune, Mo Cay District. The estimated total of investment capital for this resort is US$2 million.
The project includes a combination of standardized eco-tourism and resort hoping to become a destination for visitors to relax after stressful workdays.
The project is in the stage of feasible report studying in preparation for filing application for investment licence.
